January Recap: A Busy Month for Parent Network Scotland!
January has been a busy and exciting start to the year for our team at Parent Network Scotland! From online wellbeing toolkits to in-person gatherings and community events, we have been working hard to support families. Here is a look back at what we have been up to:
Free 4-Week Wellbeing Toolkit Online with Crissie
Our Family Wellbeing Toolkit Course provides you with a taster of many different types of compassionate self-care techniques for you to learn and experience as a group with other parents, in a small safe space to share together.
Family Wellbeing Toolkit with Parent Group Leaders Carol and Mel

We started the Aberdeen Wellbeing Toolkit course with our brilliant parent group leaders, Carol and Mel. A big thank you to everyone who joined us for the first session—it was a great start.

When: Thursdays, starting 23rd January 2025, 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Drop-In Session with Chrissie and Amreen
Where: Glencroft Community Hall
Chrissie and Amreen hosted an introductory wellbeing toolkit drop-in session in Glencroft Community Hall. It was a warm and welcoming space where parents could learn more about our work and the wellbeing tools we offer.
Volunteering Fair with Margaret Elliot and Jen
We were delighted to attend the Volunteering Fair this month. Margaret Elliot and Jen represented PNS with enthusiasm, and we want to thank everyone who visited our stall and expressed interest in supporting our work.
